On my way to becoming a published Christian romance author, I also blogged about my life as a special needs mom wrestling with chronic health issues and pursuing my dream as a writer.

I called it “Encouragement for the Journey” and I can’t count the number of readers who thanked me for my devotionals.

Devotionals? I just talked about what God was teaching me using the ordinary things around me.

Stuff like watching countless football games as a coach’s wife. Or cleaning out my neglected flower bed in time for Spring. Or digging deeper into a theme verse for the year about being like a tree planted by the rivers of water.

So when I first learned about independent publishing, it didn’t take much of a leap for me to repackage some of those blog series as books so they’d be accessible to more readers without having to search and scroll through the (now) 900+ posts on my website.

Pigskin ParablesDevotions from the Garden, and Be Like a Tree joined my book catalog. And I always intended to do the same with my Creation Declares blog series…

And 10 years after I published the last of those posts, I’m finally doing it!

Scroll down to see the description. And if it sounds like you might enjoy reading the Creation Declares book, you can pre-order a copy now for just $1.99 before the price goes up. The ebook releases March 12th with a paperback version scheduled for around the same time.

Can I tell you how good it feels to have a new book to tell you about? Of course, this one is non-fiction, but there is a brand-new contemporary fiction series on the horizon with at least one title releasing in 2024. (So make sure you’re on my email list for updates!)

God’s fingerprints are all over His creation.

Just like a sculpture, painting, symphony, or poem reveals clues about the one who created it, all creation reveals God. Nature screams about God without uttering a single word, and the deeper we look, the more we discover of His infinite creativity and attention to the smallest detail.

In this 50-day devotional, you will:

  • Learn how creation continuously speaks of God’s power and divine nature.
  • Gain a deeper understanding of God’s invisible qualities through His creation.
  • Discover the beauty and complexity of nature and how it reflects God’s character.
  • Find new ways to connect with God and deepen your relationship with Him.
  • Reflect on God’s fingerprints in your own life and how He is constantly at work.

Don’t miss out on this eye-opening and transformative devotional journey through God’s creation.
