What do you do with monstrous zucchini? You know the ones I’m talking about. The dark green beasts that evaded notice until you tripped over them. My youngest son brought me two such presents from Grandma’s garden. He lugged them home and hoisted them onto the countertop … where they sat for several more days as I filtered through all of the possibilities. Bottom line.
